Scheduled Friday afternoon, April 16 through Sunday evening, April 18 at Auditorium Shores in Austin, the 17th annual Austin Reggae Festival benefits the Capital Area Food Bank.

This celebration of spring brings together incredible music, tasty foods, arts and crafts, plus premium people-watching at one of the city's most popular outdoor venues.

New for 2010 is the addition of a third day to the Austin Reggae Festival schedule, as the dub beat begins on Friday afternoon, April 16. Headliners for this year's event include the Easy Star All Stars, the Mighty Diamonds and the Sierra Leone Refugee All Stars. See the complete band lineup by clicking here.

Advanced tickets for the 2010 event are $12.50 per day (including tax and service charge) at all Planet K Locations in Austin, San Antonio and San Marcos. Walk-up ticket price is $15.00 per day (including tax and service charge). All walk-up ticket sales are cash only.

A portion of ticket proceeds benefit the Capital Area Food Bank. In 2009, funds and food raised at the Austin Reggae Festival provided meals for more than 690,000 hungry families throughout the Central Texas region.

TWO-DAY PASSES FOR $25: Beginnng at 3:00 pm on Friday, April 16, the Austin Reggae Festival will sell a limited number of 2-day passes for $25.00. These 2-day passes will be available at the front gate at Auditorium Shores and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
