Benefitting the Capital Area Food Bank
A portion of ticket sales for the Austin Reggae Festival benefits the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas. In 2012, the event raised $219,406.97 to help the CAFB end hunger in Austin and surrounding communities. Over the last 10 years, the Austin Reggae Festival has raised more than one million dollars to help end hunger end hunger in Austin and surrounding communities.

A 501c(3) non-profit, the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas is the largest hunger-relief charity in Central Texas providing food and grocery products, nutrition education and social services outreach to 300,000 clients each year through a network of 300 Partner Agencies. The Austin Reggae Festival is the biggest single fundraising event for the Capital Area Food Bank.
